Refund and Return policies:

We really care about our customers' satisfaction, if you do not find our product suitable for you for any reason, you have the total right to return or exchange it within 14 days from the purchase day.

You can also check the product while the courier is waiting and decide whether to take it or not, to make the process easier and quicker. If you decide to return your order, you will only have to pay for the shipping.

The item to be returned or exchanged must be in its original condition.

SALE ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED WITHIN 48 HOURS ONLY FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

International shipping:

We do NOT offer cash on delivery for orders that are not based in Egypt. All international orders must be pre-paid.
